Sprint didn’t seem too keen on the idea of running Google’s Android on their phones, but now it looks like they’re going to give it some serious though, as Sprint’s vice president of products and devices, Kevin Packingham, said that they believe in Android and want to see it grow bigger and healthy. Packingham has mentioned that Sprint will be working with chip vendors and device makes in an effort to bring an Android phone to the market, which will hopefully be ready within a year.
