As expected, today Bouygues Telecom has launched the Android-powered Samsung Galaxy i7500 in France.

The third-largest French mobile carrier offers the Galaxy for as low as €89 ($125), with a 2-yr contract agreement and after an excusive €50 Web discount. Free of contract, the smartphone is priced at €429 ($605).

In case you forgot, the Galaxy i7500 is Samsung’s first (and only, by now) phone to run on Android. Its features include HSDPA connectivity, Wi-Fi, GPS, a 5MP autofocus camera, 8GB of internal memory, and a 3.2 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 16 million colors and 320 x 480 pixels.
