MOTOROLA PROCLAIMS MOTOROI WITH ANDROID 2.0 FOR KOREA
Back on December we had some images of the Motorola Sholes (XT701) running on the latest edition of Android (2.1) headline for China Unicom. This time Motorola have confirmed the arrival to the Korean market of what seems to be the similar phone but using Android 2.0 instead.
This Motorola phone is called the “MOTOROI” (yea, it sounds a little funny), and will be the chief smartphone for the Korean market to run on Google’s Android 2.0. The MOTOROI will reach to Korea sporting an 8 megapixel camera with Xenon flash and a 720p HD camcorder.
The Android-powered phone has a 3.7-inch (480X854) WVGA capacitive touchscreen, multitouch gesture support, and up to 32GB of stowage with a MicroSD. MOTOROI landlords will be able to enjoy Terrestrial DMB1 with up to 24 TV and audio channels for free.
