The BlackBerry Storm was probably RIM’s answer to Apple iPhone, but how does it fare in terms of customer satisfaction? It recent survey doesn’t paint too pretty a picture for the BlackBerry Storm, as it states that 77% of the iPhone’s users were satisfied with it, as opposed to the 33% satisfaction for the Storm. Only 5% of the iPhone 3G’s users were dissatisfied, while 14% of the Storm’s users were dissatisfied. This dissatisfaction with RIM’s BlackBerry Storm might be due to the firmware issues that plagued the phone when it was initially released.
