Another Reason Why Nokia Ovi Store Launch Is A Complete Disaster
Me and our own wallpaper designer and forum moderator “hockey” wanted to contribute and share his wallpaper @ Ovi Store for free so that other S60 users could use his great wallpapers, but the Ovi Store team refused to accept our contribution with the reason:
“Unfortunately, at this time we are only accepting established companies into Ovi Store with valid credentials”
I mean, here i paid 50 Euros to add some free wallpapers to the Ovi store so that people can download at least some free stuff for their phones and the Ovi team refused me to do that. This is another reason why Ovi Store is going so bad! People are asking why there arnt so many free stuff on OVI store, well the answer is easy. They don’t want us to upload free stuff to the Ovi store. At least not for now! Congrats Nokia and Ovi Team, Elvis has left the building…
(Note that when i created the ovi publisher account and payed the 50Euro entrance fee i could upload applications, so they are doing something right!)
